Hilton Garden Inn Boston-Burlington

Hi Hilton Garden Inn ( Burlington ) I am thankful for wonderful support during my stay for 2 weeks in Sep-25 . I have special positive feedback for Claudia and Christine ( Restaurant / Cafe ) for taking care for special vegeterain food during entire stay of 2 weeks. Being vegetarian -i have few choices to select from but Claudia Offered best combination for vegies which makes me more happy during my stay . In addition to that , Nilofer / Lexi from reception staff were also very supportive and helped for getting local support . I appreciate your service. Thank you very much again. Shekhar Gupta

I stay at Hilton Garden Inn whenever I’m in town for my business in Stoneham, and the experience is always wonderful. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful—especially Shannon, who truly goes above and beyond. She made my checkout incredibly easy this morning and always greets me with a smile. She is so sweet, kind, and helpful, and I can’t thank her enough. I always look forward to my stays here and to seeing her again next weekend. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

I’ve stayed here for work a few times now and am always impressed. My mouse ran out of batteries and the front desk had me covered! Amazing staff, clean rooms, and a very good location very close to the Burlington mall. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for two weeks while studying for my finals, room was clean and the hotel was quiet during most all hours of day/night. All of the staff members were very friendly! Theres a bar with a small restaurant section that serves until 10pm, the bartenders were awesome to chat with, food was good, and there was a decent selection of beers on tap. Large desk space, blackout shades, spacious closet as well as multiple cabinets for storage in the room. I didn’t try out any of the other accommodations so I cant speak on them. Very spacious parking lot (free parking) with multiple entrances to enter via keycard. The main entrance includes automatic doors and there are 2 elevators inside that make the building more accessible. Burlington also has tons to offer as far as coffee, and food goes and is conveniently located about 30:00 to Boston making it an easy trip to/from the city. 9/10 would recommend staying here

My checked out very smoothly. I got all help from Front desk Niloser. She is very professional and got asked about my rooms and how’s my stay very impressed about her. She apologized to me from last night which was nothing to do with her. So, I really liked her service. Thank your for your service!!

I just recently had a corporate meeting at this location and the staff is phenomenal. We inadvertently booked the wrong size room and when we told them we needed a bigger room they were very accommodating and got everything situated and changed over to another room in a matter of minutes. I really want to thank Claudia, Holly, and Samantha along with the rest of their team for being so flexible and getting us where we need to be, if you're looking for a place to have a function, I highly recommend the Hilton in Burlington, you won't be disappointed.

Clean room You would think they would have updated their tvs to steam Netflix etc. Other Hilton properties offer this.

A nice hotel of reasonable price in a sea of really expensive options in the area. Good room and service. Minor wear in the room but nothing serious. The AC was good but quite humid. Only real note would be to do a bit for breakfast variety. That and the tip QR code wasn't noticed until my last day. No owlets either during the week it seems.
